If you want to learn more about our scope of operation and the activities we carry out (cooperation with partners, public calls, participation in fairs, research, etc.) ask us a question using the contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Before sending in questions, please note that we cannot respond to individual tourist complaints or receive reports of irregularities in the work of hospitality professionals, rental owners and other entities of the tourism offer. Such matters fall, among others, within the competence of:

• The State Inspectorate / Tax Administration — whistle-blowing and inspection;
• Local tourist boards — issues related to tourist check-in and check-out and the use of the eVisitor system, payment of the tourist fee and tourist board membership fees
• The Ministry of Tourism and Sport — regulatory matters and regulations.

Right of Access to Information

The right of access to information that we possess, have available or control is regulated by the regulations on the right of access to information, which also prescribe the principles of the right of access, exceptions to the right of access and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access to information. 

The right of access to information is exercised by submitting a request. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill in the Request form for access to information that you can:

• send by post to Hrvatska turistička zajednica, Iblerov trg 10/IV, 10000 Zagreb
• e-mail to our Information Officer to pristupinfo@htz.hr
• bring in person to the Croatian National Tourist Board, on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00

When submitting the request, as well as when receiving the information, there is no need to pay a fee alongside the form.
